Business Excellence & Analyst Specialist, Monitoring Systems
Job Description
Focuses on Funnel Management, Prepare & Consolidate Monthly and Quarterly Forecasts, Provide Analytical Data Reports, and Drive Sales & Operational Performance Initiatives.
Your role:
Responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of the sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity
Manage Salesforce funnel, ensure data accuracy/hygiene is maintained, effectively enrich and grow business funnel
Develops, tracks and monitors key performance indicators, and evaluates performance on monthly basis
Aggregate and analyze funnel, sales data and trends and provide reports in timely manner
Coordinate, prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly business forecasts
Focus on sales productivity and goal attainment
Effectively incorporates customers delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations
Drives continuous improvement initiatives thru applying LEAN
You are the right fit if:
Bachelor's degree in relevant majors
Minimum 2 years' experience in business and sales analyst, sales support roles preferably in Medical Device Industry
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
Advanced usage of Excell with strong reporting skills Strong experience in Salesforce or other CRM platforms is mandatory
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Strong analytic, quantitative abilities and problem-solving skills

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
