Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Strategic Account Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential partner accounts.
  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve partner objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
  • Partner Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all partner account management matters.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partners business needs and industry challenges to propose innovative solutions.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure opportunities are properly scoped and set up for success.
  • Coordinate with the cross functional team to monitor profitability and ongoing project deliverables.
  • Act as a commercial point of escalation for any issues that might arise during delivery. 
  • Work with the team to produce amazing proposals and decks that showcase Tactical, our work and value.
  • Innovation Leadership:
  • Collaborate with the innovation team to develop and present forward-thinking, commercially viable solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform client strategies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the partners organisation through workshops, presentations, and ongoing consultation.

Experience & Competencies


  • Extensive experience in account management, business development, or a related role, preferably within the innovation or technology sector.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.Results-oriented with a strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities for growth.
