We are looking for an accomplished Business Development to join our Talent & Corporate Services team. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients across the UAE and MENA region. 


Key Responsibilities: 


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: 


  • Lead client consultations to understand business objectives and provide tailored solutions. 
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers. 
  • Create comprehensive proposals addressing clients' talent acquisition and corporate service requirements. 
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement continuous service improvements. 

Business Development: 


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential client bases. 
  • Develop service offerings that address evolving market needs. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the UAE and MENA regulatory landscape. 

Market Analysis & Strategy: 


  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the talent and corporate services sectors. 
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business development goals. 
  • Analyze competitors and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
