Job Description

The Business Development Associate will be pivotal in shaping our approach to the market, refining our product offerings, and establishing Feddi as a leader in the fintech space. This role is designed for those who aspire to be founders and wish to experience the startup journey from zero to one. This role is based in Dubai, UAE (with frequent travel to Riyadh, KSA) - or vice versa based on your preference.


  • Perform deep dives into market data to uncover new opportunities and grasp evolving industry trends. Your findings will directly influence our strategic decisions and product developments.
  • Drive the initial stages of our sales process, from lead generation and outreach to meeting scheduling and presentations. You’ll play a critical role in building our client base and establishing enduring business relationships.
  • Assist in refining operational processes and contribute to managing day-to-day business activities, ensuring alignment with our long-term goals.
  • Act as a liaison between our customers and technical teams, translating customer insights into actionable product features.
  • Handle projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they meet strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (or prove to us that you're a hustler if you don't have experience)
  • Experience in tech or fintech is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, adaptable with a data-driven approach, eager to learn, and entrepreneurial with a passion for contributing to startup growth
