Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development & Marketing Associate to support our senior leaders in expanding our footprint across the Middle East and Africa. This role is integral to increasing both the volume and quality of business development activities, ensuring a proactive approach to identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and supporting bids and tenders.

This is a multifaceted role requiring a driven individual with excellent organizational skills, initiative, persistence, and creativity. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of senior leaders and another associate, supporting the entire business development lifecycle and regional marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development Support: Assist senior leaders in identifying potential clients and partners, making introductions, and maintaining strategic relationships. Participate in leadership discussions and contribute ideas on approaches to establishing partnerships.
  • Opportunity Tracking & CRM Management: Not only maintain and update the firm's CRM and business development systems but also proactively identify target clients, nurture these contacts through the entire business development funnel (from initial interaction to conversion), and ensure data integrity and insights are captured.
  • Bid & Proposal Support: Support the development of bids, tenders, and proposals, ensuring compelling and high-quality submissions.
  • Marketing & PR: Lead regional marketing and PR initiatives, including LinkedIn strategy, content creation, and event planning.
  • Event & Networking Coordination: Organize and facilitate attendance at industry events, ensuring key senior leaders are effectively connected with prospects.
  • Case Study & Content Creation: Develop compelling case studies, presentations, and marketing materials that showcase the firm’s expertise and impact.
  • Business Development Planning & Execution: Maintain a structured plan and schedule of business development activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness for senior leaders. Drive actions, ensure business development activities are completed, and collaborate with the wider team to execute initiatives.
