Mira Search, a leading HR agency from Dubai, is hiring on behalf of our client, a Web3 decentralized exchange revolutionizing token access via gamification within a Telegram mini-app. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive global growth, foster partnerships, and handle key revenue-generating activities.

- Successful ad-campaigns for multiple reputable web3 & crypto companies, like Bitget, OKX, Binance.
What you’ll do:
- Manage revenue streams: Oversee and optimize ad integrations and monetization strategies for the platform.
- Negotiate partnerships: Handle incoming traffic requests, negotiate ad placements, and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Proactively find new partners: Actively seek out and onboard new partners to expand the platform’s reach and revenue.
- Lead side activities: Take charge of existing and new business initiatives that contribute to overall growth and engagement.
- Stay ahead of crypto trends and Telegram mini-apps to keep the platform at the forefront of the market.
