Job Overview
The Business Development Manager will assume full responsibility for driving business expansion and establishing a robust presence for the company in the UAE and KSA markets. This standalone role seeks a dynamic and self-driven individual capable of advancing the company’s IT services and recruitment initiatives, particularly within the Technology, BFSI, Oil and Gas, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Country Leadership and Business Development:
· Act as the principal representative of the company in the UAE, serving as the main point of contact for all business operations in the UAE and KSA markets.
· Formulate and implement a strategic business plan to establish and enhance the company’s IT services and recruitment offerings.
· Discover and leverage new business opportunities to broaden the client base in the UAE and KSA.
· Enhance the company’s reputation and brand presence within the regional market.
Client Relationship Management:
· Build and nurture strong, enduring relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
· Deliver customized recruitment and IT solutions tailored to meet client needs.
· Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader for clients.
Operational Oversight:
· Independently oversee all facets of business operations in the UAE, from lead generation through to contract finalization.
· Recruit, guide, and manage a team of researchers, providing support to bolster productivity and service quality.
· Collaborate with the global leadership team to ensure regional initiatives align with broader company objectives.
· Ensure adherence to local market regulations and business practices.
Market Strategy and Brand Development:
· Evaluate market trends and competitor actions to uncover growth avenues.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to amplify brand visibility.
