Senior Demand Generation Representative – Hospitality



As a Senior Demand Generation Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving qualified leads and pipeline growth for Honeywell Building Automation (BA) in Dubai.


Your responsibilities will include developing and executing demand generation strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and analyzing lead data to optimize conversion rates. Your expertise in demand generation and ability to leverage marketing automation tools will directly impact the company's revenue growth and success in the market.
In this role, you will impact the company's revenue generation and business growth by driving qualified leads and pipeline growth. Your ability to optimize lead generation campaigns and programs will help expand the customer base and increase market share, positioning Honeywell BA as a guide in the industry. The role will be responsible of managing Middle East and Africa market and to achieve the sales target and growth of business in in the region.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    •   Develop and execute demand generation strategies in the hospitality sector to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth all over Middle East and Africa region
    •   Work with Onity marketing and sales teams to create and optimize lead generation campaigns and programs within the hospitality sector.


    •   Work closely with Lead designer and consultants on specifying Onity products in upcoming hotel projects.


    •   Approach Hotels under construction and designs at a very early stage to position Onity solution In the mock up rooms.


    •   Manage and analyze lead data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall lead quality.


    •   Manage the existing channel partners of Onity in Middle East and Africa.


    •   Identify and Appoint new partners for Onity in Middle East and Africa.
    •   Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on lead generation performance and ROI
    •   Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation to drive continuous improvement
    

YOU MUST HAVE

•Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer success or account management
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in Hospitality/ Hotels systems design and sales


•Strong relationship with leading Interior designers, ELV Consultants and hotel key accountsall over MEA


•Good knowledge and experience in ELV systems designs


•Worked and Managed Channel partners in Middle East and Africa.


•Strong insight into marketing automation and CRM tools
•Excellent thoughtful and data-driven mindset
•Strong communication and collaboration skills
