Job Description
- Responsible for driving sales and business development within the Construction & Fabrication Users channel across the Middle East.
- Increase both numeric and weighted distribution, ensuring stronger brand presence and product accessibility across the channel.
- Lead and support a sales and business development team of customers, guiding them to identify new opportunities and support them effectively to promote and demonstrate products to key users.
- Foster an upselling mindset within the team.
- Prepare and present regular sales and activity reports to management, providing insights into performance and market dynamics.
- Gather information on competitors and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collect and share user and market insights with product and marketing teams to support regional product development and impactful marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of external sales and business development experience in the construction and building materials industry in the Middle East.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a lead-by-example approach.
- Adaptable to digital tools, remote work, and agile work methods.
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
