Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Manager for an EPC Contracting Company in UAE which is a leading provider of electrical and power distribution solutions, specializing in low-voltage (LV) systems, energy management, and automation products. The role is specifically for the oil & gas projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and capture new project opportunities in the oil & gas sector, focusing on electrical, LV systems, and energy management solutions.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients in the oil & gas industry, leveraging insights to position the company’s offerings effectively.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including oil & gas companies, consultants, and EPC contractors, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Tender and Proposal Management: Lead the preparation of bids, proposals, and presentations for oil & gas projects, coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue growth by meeting or exceeding targets, expanding the company’s footprint within the oil & gas market through new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, project management, and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, aligning business development efforts with company capabilities and customer expectations.
