Candidates
must have worked in a business development role with sales targets in the UAE /
GCC FF&E / interior fit out sector.
Our well-established client specializes in
luxury handmade carpets for commercial and residential use.We
are recruiting a UAE experienced business development manager with a strong
client acquisition track record to join their newly established business in the
UAE to lead the business development and sales strategy to drive revenue
growth.
The
primary responsibility of the role is lead generation and securing new deals to
meet revenue targets.
Role
Summary
- 360-degree
sales – lead generation, sales pitches, sales and contract negotiation for
commercial terms and pricing, deal closure and present concepts and mood
boards.
- Collaborate
with MEP contractors, consultants and architects to source new business
opportunities for commercial and industrial interior office, retail,
hospitality fit out solutions to increase revenue and market share.
- Preparation
and presentation of sales proposals, RFQs and RFPs, sales forecasting.
- Work
closely with the project execution team and clients until contract handover.
- Analyze
market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
and market penetration.
Mandatory
Skills & Experience
- 7
– 10 years’ new business development / sales and client account management
experience in the UAE in the luxury FF&E and interior fit out sector.
- Strong
background in cold calling, industry networking and referral marketing and
worked in a high revenue client acquisition role in the UAE.
- Strong
commercial and financial acumen with effective negotiation skills.
- UAE
driving license is mandatory.

- Currently
living in the United Arab Emirates - must be able to live and work in Dubai.
- Fluency
in English is mandatory.
- Outgoing
personality with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
– this is a client-facing role.
