Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Conduct meetings with decision-makers to understand their needs and position our services as the best solution.
- Closing Deals: Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and secure agreements with prospective clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure seamless handovers and provide feedback on lead quality.
What you need to succeed:
- Proven track record in business development, client-facing roles, or sales, preferably in IT, HR, outsourcing, or similar industries.
- Proven experience in business development, including client attraction strategies and lead generation.
- The ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies for maximum results.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a significant advantage.
- Experience with the MENA region will be an advantage.
