At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious partner contracting for local & international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC. Under the guidance of the Clients Servicing director, the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER will be requested to:
Develop business activities with German agencies that wish to set up their events within the GCC.
Main Accountabilities:
Under the guidance of the Clients Servicing director, the Business Development Manager will:
- Identify, contact, and liaise with prospect clients.
- Take brief, analyze project, prepare commercial offer in liaison with the Clients Servicing director or Managing Partner for potential projects.
- Follow up project, responsible for its signature and for LPO receipt.
- Liaise with adequate Departments to ensure proper delivery of project. Responsible for quality and on time delivery.
- Liaise with Clients to obtain due payments.
- Ensure active follow up of existing clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Keep record of sales, revenue etc. and insure that the database is up-to-date on daily basis
