Job Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, sales strategies, and business development techniques to expand our companys presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:



Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share. Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth. Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations, develop proposals, and finalize contracts with clients and partners. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align business development strategies. Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and business development activities.

Qualifications & Skills:



Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the UAE market. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape and industry-specific trends. Networking & Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision. Language Skills: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
