What You Will Be Doing
As Mortgage Advisory Manager, you will lead a team of Mortgage Advisors, driving loan origination, ensuring high-quality service, and optimizing operational efficiency, with a focus on achieving mortgage volume targets and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
To build, develop and maintain relationship with the ‘Management Team’ and ‘senior brokers’ of Real Estate Agencies in Dubai (With Existing tie-ups), to ensure sustainable and healthy pipelines of new prospective mortgage customers.
Establishing new Real estate relationships on a quarterly basis.
Penetrate Developer Sourcing Module.
Provide leadership, coaching and support to the team members by setting objectives and targets, evaluating progress, managing performance, developing needs.
Provide front-end credit checks for all the files generated to ensure that they meet the broad policy guidelines.
Liaise with credit to obtain the approval of all loans and with Credit Operations for completion of documentation and disbursal.
Produce, analyze and report management statistics, recommend and implement changes/improvements based on the findings of these statistics.
To familiarize with Anti Money Laundering checks and procedures and implement the same.
