Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, and driving growth within the company. The Business Development Manager will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for business development
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in business development or related field
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
