Job Description

1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to promote sales of our products.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand the customer base.

3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.

4. Provide product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs and requirements.

5. Coordinate with internal teams to Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective customers and to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or concerns.

6. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sale to secure profitable contracts.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and challenges.

8. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote company products and services and build professional relationships.

9. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales initiatives.

11. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry developments through ongoing training and professional development activities.


RequirementsCandidate Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

• Should have 5 years of experience in sales of sanitary ware & tiles

• Proven sales track record

• Market knowledge

• Communication and negotiation skills

• Valid UAE driving Licens
