Job Description

Our client is a Multinational Forex Trading Company with headquarters in the UAE. They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in banking, or Forex within the fintech industry.
  • Meet and exceed KPI targets by retaining and growing the customer portfolio through personalized support and solutions.
  • Build professional, trusting relationships with clients, keeping them informed about company developments and ensuring high-quality service.
  • Research potential prospects and gather information to determine customer needs and potential.
  • Prepare and support sales activities with tools, reports, and business insights.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on needs, expectations, and frustrations.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of financial markets and the company’s offerings.
  • Maintain and update reports for management.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, relationship-building, and negotiating contracts.
  • Adhere to compliance and security requirements.
  • Lead and implement strategic growth initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements
  • MUST HAVE CLIENT PORTFOLIO.


  • Must be fluent in English, any additional languages are considered an advantage.


  • Experience working in a sales environment, preferably in the forex industry.


  • University degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics, or relevant field).


  • Computer literate – Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is essential.


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively network with stakeholders, handle multiple tasks and track and report on progress.


  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.


  • Energetic team player, with a positive outlook in the workplace.
