Key responsibilities:
To be able to work independently in generating new business leads and building relationships with prospective clients.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
Create awareness of all the products and services in the area to magnify market influence and generate future sales.
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products to potential clients to develop sales in new territories.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Implement customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieving monthly sales targets set by the company.
Good knowledge and experience of all stages of the sales cycle, responding to RFP's, Tender's, etc. managing the sales pipeline.
Deliver innovative, flexible, integrated solutions to meet the client's business needs.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Familiarizing with the services offered by trip support companies.
To work closely with the Commercial and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.
Updating the database and being able to obtain new business leads and new clients.

Bachelor's Degree (preferred in Aviation) from a recognized University.
Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service/Sales (preferred in Aviation/Travel industry/Air Freight/Cargo) is Mandatory.
Specific/ Technical Skills: Bilingual
Fluent in English professional competence in reading/listening/writing/speaking
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge in CRM software is an added advantage.
