Job Description



The BD role will focus on generating new business for commercial office space and events spaces by building relationships, networking, and developing strategic partnerships in the UAE market.

The role also involves managing sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to achieve KPIs and drive revenue growth.

Description

Business Development & Marketing:


Generate New Business: Develop new business opportunities through initiatives, referrals, and strategic partnerships with entities such as legal consulting firms, chambers, government departments, and marketing firms.Networking: Participate in local business networking events and utilize social media platforms to build relationships and generate leads.Target Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure tailored marketing campaigns, leveraging promotional materials and outreach strategies like cold calling and database marketing.


Sales:


Lead Management: Respond to inquiries, qualify client needs, and close deals.Proposal & Coordination: Prepare proposals, follow up, and coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.Sales Reporting: Maintain CRM records and provide sales reports, while also working on an action plan to meet KPIs.


Client Account Servicing:


Client Care: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a positive client experience during their tenancy.Upsell Opportunities: Identify and act on opportunities to upsell or upgrade services to existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.


Profile

The successful candidate for this role would be a proactive, highly motivated individual with a strong background in business development and sales, particularly in the hospitality, commercial leasing or events sector.

They will have exceptional relationship-building skills, enabling them to engage effectively with local businesses, government departments, and referral partners. Fluency in English is required and multilingual is advantageous to manage diverse client needs.

Adept at negotiating, and closing deals. A presentable and confident demeanor, coupled with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, would make them stand out. This person should also be skilled at networking, strategic thinking, and meeting revenue targets in a dynamic and competitive market.
