As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and developing initiatives that enhance our market position. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations with key external partners and associates, delivering value to both the partner and Cartlow.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers for device diagnosis software.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and pitch company products.
- Negotiate and close deals, while handling complaints or objections.
- Develop and execute the complete reverse supply chain ecosystem within the MEA region.
- Maintain a regular review and performance tracker for existing and new business development.
- Identify potential leads for aftermarket solutions within the consumer electronics sector and convert them into accounts.
- Facilitate a strong understanding of reverse logistics to promote Cartlow’s Reverse Logistics Solutions (RLS), including trade-in and buyback programs, device diagnosis tools, repair and refurbishment services, liquidation, recycling, remarketing, and redistribution.
- Regularly visit local dealers in the UAE who are part of the used/pre-owned electronics industry.
Skills
Basic Qualifications:
- Prior experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B customer-facing solution sales roles.
- Demonstrated ability to source, launch, and expand complex partnerships.
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion for solving problems.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zoho.
- Bachelor’s degree.
