This person is responsible for developing the firm's business across Francophone West Africa. Strong focus is on marketing the firm's trade finance, funding and turn-key solutions to governments, parastatals and regional banks.

Description
Develop and maintain high-level relationships with government ministers, key banking institutions and business partners across the region.Work with team members to develop and execute business strategies to provide short-, medium- and long-term liquidity to governments, parastatals and banks in the region.Jointly with other team members, market the firm's various supply and credit capabilities including EPC+F turnkey solutions to governments in the region.Negotiate for significant bids, tenders, and other critical partnerships.Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products, projects and funding/credit to clients.Actively engage in public relations, corporate events, and sponsored activities to enhance company visibility and brand reputation.Work with the team on client retention strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.Minimum of 10 years in a senior role, including experience working with Government, Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) and Export Credit Agencies (ECAs).Proven experience in negotiating with the Public Sector and banks at the most senior level.Strong connections at the ministerial level and within major banks across the region.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to perform effectively under high-pressure situations.Proficiency in English and French.Team player
