We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive – Security Services. This role will be based in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.
Scope: Executive Sales role is required to drive revenue growth in Transguard’s Security division by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads and closing deals. With a results-driven mindset, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities
Financial:
- Achieve agreed sales targets.
- Ensure a healthy pipeline that is significantly higher in revenue than your sales targets.
- Contribute to developing client target lists and support revenue generation efforts.
Customer:
- Maintain knowledge of the security business and of the current market conditions.
- Actively target competitors’ clients and initiate the engagement for new business.
- Work with Operations team and Senior Manager to create solutions to clients’ needs.
- Build relationships with clients and address sales-related queries.
- Understand key areas of Transguard’s business, that need to be included in sales pitches with key differentiators.
- Generate sales reports for management when requested.
Process:
- Oversee the contract negotiations between client and internal teams, providing input to support internal decisions with support from SBDM as required.
- Support the Bid Team with inputs for tenders.
- Review client documentation such as RFP’s, scope of work, tender documents and provide input to the SBDM.
- Collaborate with the pricing team to ensure accurate pricing and seek relevant approvals before any quote or bid submission.
- Strict adherence to the Order Validation Process.
- Strict adherence to Salesforce Processes.
- Contribute and provide market intelligence to form part of the sale strategy.
Innovation:
- Assist in identifying opportunities in new or existing markets.
- Support in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations.
- Collaborate in cross-selling efforts and providing support for other services.
- Understand key competitors and actively seek information and intelligence on their products and services.
