Job Summary:
The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying and developing strategic business opportunities to drive company growth while directly supporting the CEO. This role includes acting as the CEO’s proxy when required, managing their schedule, coordinating with employees in Germany, and handling executive tasks. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both German and English, possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, and be able to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Market Research and Analysis
Conduct thorough research to identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and potential clients.
Analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses to enhance the company’s market positioning.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential clients and partners.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Strategic Planning and Execution
Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company objectives.
Identify and recommend potential business partnerships, alliances, or joint ventures.
Proposal and Presentation Development
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to clients' needs.
Deliver persuasive pitches to secure new business opportunities.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on progress and opportunities.
Executive Support Responsibilities:
CEO Calendar Management
Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events.
Ensure all engagements are well-organized and aligned with strategic priorities.
CEO Proxy
Act as the CEO’s representative in meetings and decision-making processes when required.
Communicate directives and ensure follow-up with relevant teams and stakeholders.
Employee Coordination (Germany)
Serve as the point of contact for employees in Germany, coordinating tasks and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Facilitate clear communication between the CEO and the German team.
Travel and Logistics
Book and manage air transportation, accommodation, and other travel arrangements for the CEO.
Handle logistics for executive meetings and events.
General CEO Support
Execute additional tasks as delegated by the CEO, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Proven experience in business development, executive support, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, calendar management tools, and MS Office Suite.
