Work with and, where appropriate, support operations teams in the generation, management and conversion of a sustainable pipeline of work that reflects the current and anticipated Business Plan.
Following up new business opportunities, communicating with prospective clients and setting up F2F meetings and presentations.
Understanding tender needs both commercially and operationally and guide Head of Departments on relevant price aspects, including negotiating and finalizing deals.
Requirements
Business Developments in Facilities Management 3-5 years (Preferred) UAE experience.
UAE valid Driving License is required.
Solutions-focused problem solver with exceptional communication skills.
Ability to operate with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle various issues.
Leadership with the ability to both deliver sales results solely and to build teams, delegate, and inspire people.
