Job Description

  • Develop strategic plans and sales strategies and undertake presentations to and negotiations with prospective customers.
  • Influencing and networking with current and prospective clients to build relationships at senior levels, and identify business needs to address.
  • Identifying, tracking, converting suitable leads which meet the overall strategy of the business especially in the field of FM.
  • Achieving business development and commercial targets through research and market intelligence gathering, the interpretation and communication of data and the preparation and implementation of appropriate action plans.
  • Work with and, where appropriate, support operations teams in the generation, management and conversion of a sustainable pipeline of work that reflects the current and anticipated Business Plan.
  • Following up new business opportunities, communicating with prospective clients and setting up F2F meetings and presentations.
  • Understanding tender needs both commercially and operationally and guide Head of Departments on relevant price aspects, including negotiating and finalizing deals.

Requirements
  • Business Developments in Facilities Management 3-5 years (Preferred) UAE experience.
  • UAE valid Driving License is required. 
  • Solutions-focused problem solver with exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to operate with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle various issues.
  • Leadership with the ability to both deliver sales results solely and to build teams, delegate, and inspire people.
