Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Developer to join
our team. This role involves researching and identifying potential partnerships, negotiating
deals, and securing contracts with sports venues, coaches, and players to expand our platform’s
offerings. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the sports industry and
demonstrate exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement growth strategies to onboard new players, coaches, and venues
onto the Rally platform.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads, understand
consumer profiles, and stay ahead of industry trends.
