Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support our Head of Business Development. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, assisting in the bidding process, and providing support in drafting and reviewing
contracts. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, coupled with a strong understanding of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with key clients to explore business opportunities and maintain strong relationships.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting bids, proposals, and tender documents in alignment with client requirements.
  • Conduct market research and gather data to strengthen bidding strategies.
  • Track and monitor bid submissions and outcomes, ensuring timely updates to the Head of Business Development.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal and other internal teams to address contract-related queries and concerns.
  • Provide direct support to the Head of Business Development, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Monitor project pipelines and ensure all opportunities are properly tracked and updated.
  • Assist in strategizing and implementing initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with no prior work experience in business development are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Basic understanding of the sales process, with the ability to pitch products/services and close deals.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze competitors.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, manage prospects, and monitor business growth.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Comfortable presentation to clients, whether in person or virtually.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to business growth.
  • Focused on achieving business development goals and meeting targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative attitude, working with marketing, sales, and other departments to drive business success.
