Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our services to other companies. You will play a key role in establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our integrated public service platform.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Identifying New Business Opportunities:
- Research and identify potential markets, clients, and partnerships
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs for growth opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to target new business prospects
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, meetings, and networking events
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients for long-term partnerships
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their goals
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Develop and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards revenue goals
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to gather data on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors
- Analyze this data to inform business strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure alignment of efforts and strategies
- Provide feedback to these teams based on client insights and market research
- Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of business development plans and strategies
- Set goals and objectives for business growth and track progress towards these goals
- Attending Networking Events and Conferences:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build a professional network and promot services or products
- Leverage these events to generate leads and identify potential business partners
- Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities, including sales performance, client feedback, and market trends
- Monitor performance against targets and make adjustments as necessary
- Customer Feedback and Satisfaction:
- Gather feedback from clients to improve products, services, and customer experience
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. 10. Compliance and Ethics:
