About the job Business Development Executive

Our client is one of the fastest-growing freight forwarding agencies in The Middle East.


They are looking for a "Business Development Executive" to join their team.

Job Description:


  • Generate business from customers for ocean and air shipments, customs clearance and warehousing.
  • Minimum target to be achieved: Four times CTC in profits.
  • Minimum enquiries to be generated per month 120 enquiries from quality customers(minimum 40% success rate).
  • Work closely with pricing and customer service team for conversion and execution of shipments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Support JAFZA office by generating profits for customs clearance and warehousing.
  • Onboard 3 new quality customers on monthly basis.
  • Collect outstanding payment from customers as per due date of invoices.
  • Maintain realistic sales pipeline forecast for prospective customers.
  • Prepare sales report and submit to management on weekly basis.
  • Clearly understand goals, policies and procedures of the company

Skills required


  • Proven verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Previous experience working with freight forwarding company minimum 3 years.
  • Knowledge of logistics sales for ocean and air shipments.
