Prospect potential new clients, meet them daily and bring revenues to the organization.
Obtain and study information about clients' products, needs, problems, advertising history, and business practices, understand client's business requirements, and assist in driving strategy, planning, and execution by communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
The profile requires Hard-core Corporate, SME & B2B media sales for a minimum of 3 years in the UAE. Identify and map prospective clients, cultivate new relationships, manage sales pipeline, and forecast revenue monthly/quarterly.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Should have done tie-ups with different media companies.
Establish and grow relationships with decision-makers / influencers within major clients and ad agencies
Coordination with the team to deliver as per client KPI and expected ROI.
Only candidates in the UAE will be considered. Bilingual preferred.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience, in sales or business development in Dubai
Strong understanding of market analysis
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to develop professional relationships
Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as required, and participate in industry events within the region. - Relationship-building and networking skills
