results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team.
Job Summary:
The Account Executive will play a pivotal
role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing
accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT
services and recruitment industry, exceptional communication skills, and a
proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role requires
a proactive individual who can build and maintain strong client relationships,
understand their business needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1.New Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services and
recruitment sector. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and
industry events.
2.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients, understanding their
staffing needs and providing effective solutions. Act as the primary point of
contact for clients.
3.Sales Strategy: Develop and
execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Work closely with the Head
of Sales to align with company goals and market trends.
4.Proposal Development: Prepare
and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the
value of our services.
5.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate
contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
6.Market Research: Stay updated
on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify new
opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
7.Collaboration: Work closely
with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and marketing, to
ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
8.Reporting: Maintain accurate
records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts in the CRM
system. Provide regular reports to the Head of Sales.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in
sales, preferably within the IT services, staffing, or recruitment industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong understanding of IT
services and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication,
negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain
strong client relationships.
Proven track record of meeting
or exceeding sales targets.
Selfmotivated, goaloriented,
and capable of working independently.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and
Microsoft Office Suite.
