Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our services to other companies. You will play a key role in establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our integrated public service platform.


As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:


1. Identifying New Business Opportunities:


- Research and identify potential markets, clients, and partnerships.


- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs for growth opportunities.


- Develop and implement strategies to target new business prospects.


2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:


- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.


- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients for long-term partnerships.


- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their goals.


3. Sales & Revenue Generation:


- Develop and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.


- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.


- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards revenue goals.


4. Market Research & Analysis:


- Conduct market research to gather data on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors.


- Analyze this data to inform business strategies and identify areas for improvement.


5. Collaborating with Internal Teams:


- Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure alignment of efforts and strategies.


- Provide feedback to these teams based on client insights and market research.


6. Strategic Planning:


- Contribute to the development of business development plans and strategies.


- Set goals and objectives for business growth and track progress towards these goals.


7. Attending Networking Events and Conferences:


- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build a professional network and promot services or products.


- Leverage these events to generate leads and identify potential business partners.


8. Reporting and Performance Monitoring:


- Prepare and present reports on business development activities, including sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.


- Monitor performance against targets and make adjustments as necessary.


9. Customer Feedback and Satisfaction:


- Gather feedback from clients to improve products, services, and customer experience.


- Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. 10. Compliance and Ethics:


- Ensure that all business development activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.


- Promote a culture of integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.
