Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the insurance/automotive sector.
- Proactively engage with decision-makers at insurance/automotive companies to present our software solutions and value propositions.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify client pain points and propose customized software solutions that address their needs.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing communication and delivering post-sales support.
- Stay updated on the latest features and benefits of our software solutions and communicate this effectively to clients.
- Present software demonstrations and deliver customized proposals to prospects.
- Work closely with the product development, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful project delivery.
- Provide feedback to the product team on market trends, customer preferences, and industry needs.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, including proposal development, presentations, and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business development strategies.
