Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated fresher or experience Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with client and enhancing our market presence. 

Skills

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and business goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets. Present our recruitment solutions to prospective clients.
  • Lead negotiations, manage proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure a smooth handover of client requirements and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
