Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Market Research and Strategy Development


  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitor activities within the luxury sector.
  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to meet revenue and market expansion goals.
  • Identify potential clients within the luxury segment and assess opportunities for partnerships and projects.

2. Client Relationship Management


  • Establish, nurture, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in luxury brands, designers, architects, and contractors.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with the company’s capabilities in manufacturing and fit-out services.

3. Sales and Lead Generation


  • Generate leads through networking, attending industry events, and leveraging personal and professional networks.
  • Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and close deals to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to create customized proposals and quotations.

4. Project Coordination and Handover


  • Work closely with project and production teams to ensure a seamless handover once contracts are signed.
  • Maintain oversight on project progress and maintain client communication to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

5. Brand Representation and Networking


  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to build the brand’s presence within the luxury market.
  • Actively engage with luxury brand leaders and associations to keep abreast of new market developments and establish industry contacts.

6. Reporting and Analysis


  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports detailing progress on business development efforts, pipeline, and revenue projections.
  • Analyze performance metrics and feedback to refine strategies for improving client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, ideally within the luxury manufacturing or fit-out sectors.
  • Strong network and knowledge of the luxury market, with an understanding of luxury client expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Skills:
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to create and execute plans that align with company objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS OLice Suite.
  • High level of adaptability and cultural awareness, particularly when dealing with luxury brands.
