This is a high-impact role where you will be at the heart of our growth—developing key accounts, building strong pipelines, and shaping customer profiles. You’ll be working closely with Admin, Marketing, and our Delivery Team to ensure seamless execution of recruitment strategies while driving business forward.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Account Development – Identify, nurture, and expand relationships with clients across industries.
- Account Management – Build long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and delivering value.
- Pipeline Building – Research, identify, and map out target customers, ensuring a consistent flow of new opportunities.
- Customer Profiling – Analyse market trends, create ideal customer profiles, and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
- Collaboration with Admin & Marketing – Work closely with internal teams to create compelling campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Consultative Selling – Provide insights, market intelligence, and recruitment solutions to clients, positioning eMagine Solutions as their trusted hiring partner.
- Revenue Growth – Proactively generate leads, attend networking events, and secure new business contracts.

- Experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally within recruitment, staffing, or professional services.
- A hunter mindset with a passion for building relationships and winning new business.
- Strong account management skills—able to retain and grow key clients.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and the ability to create data-driven BD strategies.
- Tech-savvy—familiarity with CRM, ATS, and AI-driven prospecting tools.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills—you know how to sell value, not just services.
