Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive – Company Formation


Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team specializing in company formation services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and providing valuable insights to support clients in establishing their businesses. This position requires an individual with excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the company formation process.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Reach out to potential clients who are interested in forming companies in various jurisdictions.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Client Consultation:

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions for company formation services.
  • Offer detailed information on the company formation process, legal requirements, and benefits.
  • Provide expert advice on jurisdiction selection, business structures, and corporate compliance.

Sales and Negotiation:

  • Present and sell company formation services, packages, and additional services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Close deals efficiently and ensure a seamless transition to the implementation phase.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up on leads and client inquiries, providing excellent customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Manage client accounts and provide updates on the progress of company formation.

Market Research and Strategy Development:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and marketing materials to attract new clients.
  • Provide feedback to management to help refine the company’s offerings and approach.

Reporting and Performance Tracking:

  • Regularly update and maintain CRM systems with client data, sales activities, and progress.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the company formation or legal services industry.
  • Strong understanding of company formation processes, business structures, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • UAE Driving license (preferred)
