We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our client's growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the wealth management sector. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s success in promoting and distributing financial products to a sophisticated and professional clientele.

𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬

  • 30,000+ AED monthly OTE) Basic salary dependent on experience.
  • Based at their offices in Media City
  • Full coverage of all travel and accommodation expenses

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

  • Drive client acquisition and business growth globally
  • Leverage existing relationships and networks to onboard new clients, with a focus on Financial å Firms and Asset Managers.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to promote and distribute the company’s financial products.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company at industry events, and conferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tailored financial solutions meet client needs.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, ensuring OTE targets are met or exceeded.
