We are seeking a driven and experienced female sales professional who will be responsible for actively pursuing and engaging prospective customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products/services in a compelling and persuasive manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Principal Accountabilities:Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and demonstrate value to customers.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.Present, negotiate, and close sales deals while adhering to pricing guidelines and sales quotas.Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and increasing market share.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and reports as needed.Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.Qualifications:Proven experience as a successful Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and within a team.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.Professional and presentable appearance.Work Experience:5-10 years of experience in FMCG or a similar industry.Skills:Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.
