In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and leading the sales department, including offline/online marketing and franchise development.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across various channels;
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets;
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales department;
  • Work closely with potential franchisees to present the company’s business model, franchise opportunities, and growth potential;
  • Develop and manage franchisee support systems, ensuring that franchisees receive ongoing training, marketing resources, and operational guidance;
  • Ensure that franchisees adhere to brand standards, operational procedures, and performance metrics;
  • Monitor franchise performance, providing assistance and guidance to ensure franchisee success;
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends;
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market data and customer feedback;
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define business goals and align sales/marketing efforts with the company's overall strategy;
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, marketing campaigns, and franchise development progress to senior management.
