DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for organizing and leading the sales department, including offline/online marketing and franchise development.Role & Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across various channels;Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets;Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales department;Work closely with potential franchisees to present the company’s business model, franchise opportunities, and growth potential;Develop and manage franchisee support systems, ensuring that franchisees receive ongoing training, marketing resources, and operational guidance;Ensure that franchisees adhere to brand standards, operational procedures, and performance metrics;Monitor franchise performance, providing assistance and guidance to ensure franchisee success;Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends;Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market data and customer feedback;Collaborate with senior leadership to define business goals and align sales/marketing efforts with the company's overall strategy;Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, marketing campaigns, and franchise development progress to senior management.
