Job Description

  1. Affiliate Program Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate program strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Identify and evaluate new affiliate partnership opportunities to expand the program.
  • Monitor industry trends to stay updated on best practices and emerging opportunities within affiliate marketing.
  1. Partnership Acquisition:
  • Identify potential affiliate partners and initiate contact to build relationships.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of affiliate agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
  • Secure deals with new affiliates, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and target audience.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliate partners to maximize performance.
  • Regularly communicate with affiliates to provide updates, offer support, and ensure their needs are met.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts with affiliates to maintain strong, productive partnerships.
  1. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Track and analyze the performance of affiliate partners and the overall program using data-driven metrics.
  • Implement strategies to optimize affiliate performance and increase ROI.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on affiliate program performance.
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored for affiliate partners.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align affiliate offerings with the company’s products and services.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all affiliate agreements adhere to relevant regulations and guidelines.
  1. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential affiliate partners and assess their fit with the company’s goals.
  • Analyze competitor affiliate programs to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Manage the affiliate program budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of affiliate activities.

KPIs:

  • Secure and onboard 9 new high-quality affiliate partners per quarter.
  • Achieve a minimum of 90% of new affiliates meeting or exceeding revenue targets within the first 6 months.
  • Increase overall affiliate program revenue by at least 15% year-over-year.
  • Maintain an affiliate partner satisfaction rate of 85% or higher, measured through regular surveys and feedback.
  • Ensure that at least 80% of new affiliate agreements are renewed or extended after the initial contract term.
