Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, focusing on understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for our knowledge services. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, driving the sales process from initiation to closure.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities in the economics and research services space.
- Provide general administrative assistance, including managing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling client correspondence.
- Support management in overseeing special projects, handling ad-hoc tasks as required by leadership, and coordinating with various internal departments to ensure project success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client communications, and project progress. Prepare regular reports for management to review business development performance.
- Work closely with technical teams and subject matter experts to ensure the delivery of high-quality services aligned with client expectations.
