Job Responsibilities:



- Assist in handling daily business-related affairs
- Assist in promoting project business planning, price bargaining and contract negotiation
- Responsible for drafting and sending business-related letters, applications, contracts, etc.
- Assist in applying for regional payments, invoice receipts, data maintenance and other related matters

Job requirements:



- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in business or related discipline
- 1-2 years of business/finance related work experiences
- Proficient in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Have strong organizational coordination, planning management skills
- Have good judgment and decision-making ability, and be able to handle and respond to emergencies under pressure
- Strong communication skills, able to handle external liaison reception work
- Familiar with using MS Office Tools
- Experience in the IT related firms sector would be an advantage

崗位職責:



- 協助處理商務相關的日常工作事務
- 協助推動專案商務策劃、合約洽談和談判及達成
- 負責起草及寄收商務相關的信函、各項申請、合約等
- 協助申請大區付款、發票收據、系統錄入等相關事項

職位要求:



- 學士或以上學歷,商科專業
- 1-2年商務/財務相關工作經驗
- 具備熟練的中文(廣東話及普通話)、英文的聽讀寫能力
- 具備較強的組織協調、計劃管理能力及較高的職業素養
- 具備較好的判斷力和決策能力,在壓力下能夠處理和應對突發事情
- 溝通能力強,能夠勝任外聯接待工作
- 熟悉使用MS Office工具
- 具有 IT 相關公司領域的工作經驗者優先
