Role : Business Application Support Officer
Location : Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
To act as an Operations and Technology professional, maintaining the trading platform and clients' channels, supporting team members to resolve all IT related issues with full cooperation & coordination with Information Technology Department (ITD), to act as primary BCP, UAT and MIS.
Key Accountabilities of the role
Expertise in Order Management systems, including monitoring and support.
- To report and follow up with ITD any issue raises by the users and to make sure to close all the issues in a timely manner
- Report issues faced related to the used Call center and call recording system.
- Provide technical and operations support to Tadawul Trading unit as and when required.
- Generate weekly/monthly MIS reports for different departments.
- Identify business scenarios and compile the test scripts to execute during UAT for any changes / projects
- Co-ordinate with business stakeholders in preparing the BRD for any new initiatives
- Manage and maintain all business configuration in the relevant application and ensure they are in optimal level
- Deliver the tasks assigned during the project execution in time and as per the Bank’s requirements
- Follow the mandatory and obligatory standards set by the management in delivering the services.
- Completion of the assigned tasks to satisfy the Users’ needs and within the agreed upon time parameters
- Attend all the team meetings, one to one meetings to have a high level of communication culture.
- Co-operate with the team members in a cohesive and professional manner. Maintain the reporting hierarchy in all matters
- The incumbent is responsible to take ownership, maintain & update documented processes or documentation related to his job function. In the event where processes or documentation are shared, the incumbent shall be responsible to inform the owner of any document about required changes or improvements.
- Act as the main Business continuity coordinator for ADIB Securities and conduct BCP testing on the giving schedule
- Maintain information security related to ADIB, throughout the period of employment. As soon as possible, report any potential or actual risks or incidents affecting the security of information to the helpdesk.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
Bachelor’s degree preferrable in IT or Business.
Previous experience:
Regional trading platforms [ Knowledgenet, Mubasher, FIT, etc]/ Financial markets Operations / BCP & BISO/ SQL/ Data mining.
