About the job Business Analyst - Temp
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis for a 2-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker with a solid background in the IT industry and at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, analyze complex business processes, and drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure clear communication with the development team.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss project scope, requirements, and solutions.
- Support the project team in identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including business cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide expertise in IT industry trends and best practices to inform project decisions.
Qualifications:
- Must be an Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the IT industry.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development life cycle (SDLC), and project management methodologies.
- Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping and data modeling.
- Ability to work effectively in a temporary contract role with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
