Job Purpose:
Client  is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst . The role is integral to our Application technical team, providing support, enhancement, and implementation services utilizing Oracle Fusion Applications. This position requires a deep understanding of business challenges and opportunities, analyzing them to recommend solutions based on Oracle Fusion Architecture. The successful candidate will work closely with various business units and teams to deliver effective solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions aligned with Oracle Fusion Architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to meet business needs.
  • Support and enhance existing Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
  • Conduct user training and workshops to facilitate effective use of HCM solutions.

 
 
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related fields.
  • Overall Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in any industry, preferably large and complex organizations.

 
 
Skills, Tools, and Systems Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a techno-functional consultant in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Fusion HCM Payroll applications.
  • Proficiency in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, HCM Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publishers, Application security, Infolets, and HR dashboards.
  • Strong skills in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Compensation Management knowledge.
