Job Description

Required Skills:
  • Ability to elicit and document business requirements.
  • Experience in translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Expertise in designing scalable and efficient Power Platform solutions.
  • Ability to develop technical documentation, including solution design and functional specifications.
  • Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is often beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to think creatively and propose effective solutions.
Additional Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of change management processes and how they apply to Power Platform implementations.
  • Experience in implementing and managing Power Platform projects, including designing, developing, and deploying solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure user-friendly application designs.
  • Develop a roadmap for Power Platform adoption.
  • Establish CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clear communication of development processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and IT.
  • Lead efforts to integrate new Power Platform initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and deliver efficient automation solutions.
