Business Analyst Intern

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated business analyst intern who is ready to apply knowledge of business practices and processes in a fast-paced, real-world environment. The intern will assist in writing reports, conducting research, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency. This will be a valuable experience for any student pursuing a career in business administration.

• Defining pilot and proof of concept programs based on client feedback on Tech Unicorn's solutions and testing them with clients to ensure that they meet all requirements.
• Analyzing data from surveys and focus groups to help companies develop new products or improve existing ones.
• Participating in setting up and conducting focus groups to gather business requirements and document them for business process mapping.
• Document and maintain business process maps, flows and data diagrams for every customer.
• Conducting research on competitors' products, services, and prices to help companies develop strategies to stay competitive in their industries.
• Prepare client proposals and other written materials to ensure that they are clear, concise, and easy to understand.
• Analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Communicating complex data in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical audiences such as executives, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Developing new processes or automating existing processes to save time or reduce costs for an organization.
• Analyzing data to recommend improvements to business operations.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
