We are seeking a motivated business analyst intern who is ready to apply knowledge of business practices and processes in a fast-paced, real-world environment. The intern will assist in writing reports, conducting research, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency. This will be a valuable experience for any student pursuing a career in business administration.
Defining pilot and proof of concept programs based on client feedback on Tech Unicorn’s solutions and testing them with clients to ensure that they meet all requirements.
Analyzing data from surveys and focus groups to help companies develop new products or improve existing ones.
Participating in setting up and conducting focus groups to gather business requirements and document them for business process mapping.
Document and maintain business process maps, flows and data diagrams for every customer.
Conducting research on competitors’ products, services, and prices to help companies develop strategies to stay competitive in their industries.
Prepare client proposals and other written materials to ensure that they are clear, concise, and easy to understand.
Analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and develop recommendations for improvement.
Communicating complex data in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical audiences such as executives, managers, and other stakeholders.
Developing new processes or automating existing processes to save time or reduce costs for an organization.
Analyzing data to recommend improvements to business operations.
Requirements
Experience with Microsoft Office
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
