Job Description

Job Purpose :We are seeking to engage an experienced Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials/Procurement and a deep understanding of accounting and reporting, Procurement processes within the Banking, Financial sector.The ideal candidate should possess a solid knowledge of Financial processes and Procurement processes having understanding of Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, GL, Fixed Assets, VAT, Budgetary controls, Procure to Pay Process, Sourcing process, Contracts process, Supplier management process etc.The role will focus on ensuring smooth implementation of Fusion ERP and Support for UAT for financial/procurement modules within the Fusion suite.Key Responsibilities :- Assist the PgM (Program Manager) in Managing the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials, ensuring alignment with the bank’s accounting and reporting requirements.- Assist the PgM in Managing the implementation of Oracle Fusion Procurement, ensuring alignment with the bank’s procurement policies and reporting requirements.- Work closely with the PgM, Implementation Partner and Business teams of Finance and Procurement during all phase of the project.- Ensuring compliance with all regulations and helping the Business team in preparing the test scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, translate them into system configurations, and lead UAT for various financial/procurement modules.- Supporting the PgM in managing project plans, timelines, and milestones related to the Fusion Financials/Procurement implementation.- Ensure compliance with internal audit controls and regulatory requirements for financial/procurement processes and reporting.- Provide end-user training and ongoing support post-go-live. - Conduct end-user training and support post-go-live activities.
